TO PLACE AN ORDER:

All Purchase Orders (PO) should be placed by fax, email, online, to our authorized sales representatives or call to our offices. Your order is deemed to be entered correctly and our terms and conditions are considered accepted unless you notify within 5 days of the order date. We have a minimum ordering policy of $50.00 USD. We sell wholesale orders only. Please provide your re-sale certificate and tax number on your letterhead for first order.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:

Our product is a laminated PVC vinyl cloth with polyester/cotton backing. It is sold in rolls. We have two different types of products: Luxury: 74% vinyl and 26% backliner cotton support. Measures 47 x 36 Ft. Standard: 84% vinyl and 16% backliner polyester support. Measures 55 x 82 Ft

PRICES:

Prices are FOB Laredo, TX. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our pricing structure begins with our minimum order of 1 roll, breaks on a lower price when 10 rolls are ordered and reaches the best price on orders of 50 rolls or more.

TERMS:

- Net 30 day terms are extended to open active accounts upon credit approval by the company. Please refer to credit application sheet.
- New accounts and prepaid orders: Credit card or prepaid. COD shipments will not be accepted.
- 18% late charge will apply to past due accounts. Returned or stop payment checks are subject to $30.00 service charge.


CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been entered into production

RETURNS:

No returns will be accepted unless authorized in advance and in writing by a representative of the company. There will be a restocking fee of 15% plus returned shipping charges, on all merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt, and/or refused at the time of delivery. If more than 30 days have past, we have the right to refuse return. Credit for returned merchandise will be issued as open credit, no cash refunds will be given. Only in the case of defective merchandise, which has been previously authorized by the sales representative or pictures, claim form and proof provided, we will refund the full amount of the purchase including freight and we will bear all return shipping charges.

DELIVERY:

Please allow 10 - 15 business days for shipping. Our receipt from the transportation company showing acceptance of shipment constitutes delivery.

SHIPPING:

Orders meeting size and weight requirements of parcel carriers will be shipped by parcel carriers. Orders requiring motor freight carrier handling will be shipped palletized and probably wood crated. All orders are shipped freight prepaid and charges added to your invoice unless otherwise requested. We provide as a service to our customers a cap on freight option. Please ask for the cap percentage on your area. Shipping to the lower 48 states is 15%.

CLAIMS/SHORTAGE

We at Crossborder Logistics, Inc carefully inspect and pack all orders before shipping. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. If such loss or damage occurs, please save the carton and packing materials and notify us immediately. It is imperative that you do not sign the BOL (Bill of Lading) as freight free and clear if visible damage appears on the cartons. As a benefit to our customers, if you notify us in writing within 5 days from delivery and send us a copy of the BOL (bill of lading or proof of delivery) along with a claim form describing the problem, we will credit, refund or replace at our earliest convenience. You may contact our customer service department in order to notify shortages or problems, or to request assistance to file a claim.

BACKORDERS:

Most of our orders ship complete, or at least 95% complete. If we are out of stock on any item at the time your order is shipped, we will not back order automatically. If your order is received incomplete and you need it complete, please place a new order as soon as possible.

SPECIAL FINISHES/DESIGNS & CONTRACT PRICES:

All rolls are sold with the finishes shown in the catalogs. For special orders a minimum of 50 rolls is required.

MERCHANDISE QUALITY STATEMENT:

Due to the manufacturing process of our products, it is normal to find variations in the color and printing of the oilcloth, such as wrinkles, speckles, squiggles and off register printing which are normal and inherent to the product. These details will not affect the quality and durability of the oilcloth and should not be considered cause for return. Please do not put in dryer and do not iron.
